The Nature of Handmade

Each piece is designed, thrown, glazed, fired, and sanded by me! I do my best to create uniform and consistent pieces. However, due to the nature of handmade objects, there might be slight variations in size, color, shape, etc. Each item also goes through my personal quality control checklist, so if it doesn’t meet my standards of use, it won’t get sent out into the world.

Care

Yes! All works are food, dishwasher and microwave safe. However, in my own kitchen, I tend to hand-wash just to be on the safe side (to avoid chipping opportunities and aggressive dishwasher jets).

Shipping

All US orders are shipped vis USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs are based on the USPS estimated costs and a small fee for shipping materials. Please allow 5-7 business days for me to ship your order.

At this time, I am not accepting international orders.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, please email gretchenmullceramics@gmail.com to arrange a return within 5 business days of receiving your order. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Unfortunately, the world is imperfect and mistakes do happen. If your item arrives broken, please send detailed images and the order number to gretchenmullceramics@gmail.com within 5 business days. I will file a claim with my insurance and send you a replacement as soon as possible.
